Realbrass is a virtual brass session service. This simply means that if you’d like some brass adding to your composition we can do it here saving you a lot of money & hassle.

Brass samples, although getting better all the time, can’t recreate that unique human, natural sound with all its subtleties and nuances. Particularly so with brass in fact where samples simply can’t recreate the vast array of attacks, decays, effects and styles that a live player can.

Everyone wants to use the latest and best samples however, because of this a lot of modern media music has developed a sterile “samey” sound by virtue of the fact that everyone is using the same electronic orchestra. So, set yourself apart from the rest and swap your high-end sampled brass section for the real thing right here!

How?

As simply as possible: we exchange a couple of emails, maybe a phone call, you send us a guide track, click track & midi file of the track to record, give us some musical direction if necessary and we record the parts and mail back to you the completed unadulterated dry .aiff (or preferred file type) for you to mix into your composition.

We can provide live tracks of trumpet, cornet, piccolo trumpet, trombone, bass trombone, french horn, euphonium, tuba, soprano sax, alto sax, tenor sax, bari sax, clarinet, flute… the list goes on!
